These are the regulations regarding the use of The Wellsaem Korean Medicine Hospital website and services.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of The Wellsaem Korean Medicine Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "the Hospital") and its users when utilizing the website and AI chatbot service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Hospital.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  • "Service" refers to all services provided by the Hospital through its website and AI chatbot, such as hospital information, health consultations (information provision), and appointment booking.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Hospital in accordance with these terms.
  • "AI Chatbot" refers to an automated conversational system that answers user questions and assists with medical appointment bookings based on artificial intelligence algorithms.

Article 3 (Contents and Limitations of Service)

The Hospital provides the following services:

  1. Provision of information on hospital treatment areas (facial asymmetry, TMJ, lifting, etc.)
  2. Real-time consultation and reservation support using the AI chatbot
  3. Other tasks determined by the Hospital
Medical Limitations

The information provided by this service (including the AI chatbot) is for the user's understanding and reference only, and cannot substitute for a formal diagnosis by medical staff. For accurate symptom assessment and treatment, users must visit the hospital and consult with medical staff.

Absence of Payment Function

There is no online payment (PG) system within this website. All payments for medical consultations and procedures are made on-site after visiting the hospital.

Article 4 (Special Conditions for Reservations and AI Chatbot Use)

Users can book appointments through the AI chatbot or the website form.

Special Condition
Use of Conversation Content for Treatment

If a user confirms a reservation through the AI chatbot, the conversation content (symptom description, interested procedures, consultation history, etc.) shared with the chatbot may be transmitted to the Hospital's medical staff and used as reference material for more accurate diagnosis and consultation.

By making a reservation, the user is deemed to have agreed that the conversation content with the chatbot will be provided to the medical staff.

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Hospital values users' personal information and protects it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the Hospital's "Privacy Policy." However, system administrators and medical staff may access the database for reservation management.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  • The Hospital shall be exempt from responsibility for providing services in cases where it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  • The Hospital is not responsible for any results arising from the user's misunderstanding of the chatbot's answers as professional medical diagnoses.
  • The Hospital is not responsible for any service usage disruptions caused by the user's negligence.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms and conditions will come into effect on February 1, 2026.
